Project

This project was a redesign of a supply tracking system in preparation for expansion. This app provides full transparency to all parties about the status of deliveries. It also minimises disputes in the invoicing stage, by providing trustworthy (blockchain) tracking of unpredicted costs incurred during delivery.

Design

Worked my way through the epics
Feedback loop - regular touchpoints with client to get alignment, integrate feedback and clarify rationale behind original decisions
Some of the main changes included:
- Expanded information architecture to be more task/process focused
- Removed/moved/consolidated/hid content and functionality to minimize repetition and cognitive load
- Making everything more human readable
- Visual hierarchy to increase findability of information
- More functionality (e.g. notifications)
- Material design

Outcome
