I am a UX Designer who loves to build empathy and solve problems. I have worked as both a researcher and designer, in-house and agency. I have worked with technical teams and have had exposure to a range of industries including I.T., trades, professional services and marketing.

I like to go beyond surface level and while I am fascinated by all things UX, I have a particular interest in research, usability and universal design.
